Executive Leadership
Effective executive leadership consistently moves an organization to new levels of performance and profit. Leaders create a company’s future - by inspiring commitment in others and generating powerful conversations that propel the organization into fulfilling that future.
Advancing to the highest levels of company leadership demands more than incremental change; it requires a “transformation.” Making the jump to a top position - or even to number one - takes courage, innovation and results. It can require stepping out of the shadow of an authority figure or boss. More than that, it takes the ability to create.
Creating can be understood as “making something from what already exists.” It can be adding something, subtracting something, modifying something, seeing or using something in a new way -- for example, moving personnel around, changing department leaders, improving your product line, acquiring a new company, expanding an existing market.
Landmark Asia Group sees creating entirely differently. By creating, we mean bringing forth something that didn’t previously exist. It’s not a matter of changing, modifying or improving. It’s a matter of standing for what’s possible based on a future you create, not limited by existing circumstances or the past. Creating a future is not the same as creating goals.
Creating a future establishes a context for everyone in the company—a context in which the company’s objectives can live powerfully with every employee. If the company’s objectives do not live with every employee, they do not exist with any real effectiveness.
The Executive Leadership program trains executives and managers to powerfully lead organizations—to inspire commitment rather than mere compliance, creating an environment where the committed action of employees becomes a unifying force. This transformation occurs in a surprisingly short period of time.
The Executive Leadership program is customized for each client and takes place during a period of between three and 18 months.
